Can I return a product if it has a print defect?
Yes, as long as you contact us within 30 days of your product purchase and provide photos of the defective product, we will arrange for a refund or a replacement item.
What Shipping Methods do you offer?
We currently offer Economy and Standard shipping on most of our products.
Economy shipping is not available on a few products due to vendor constraints.
Standard shipping is 2-5 Business days and Economy shipping is 4-8 business days.
Shipping is currently limited to the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Upon purchase of our product you will receive an order confirmation email. When your product ships
your order will be updated with a link for tracking your shipment online.
What are the care instructions for the product?
Each of our products have care instructions on the internal label and also on the main product page.
A good rule to go by for most printed product is Wash-Gentle Cycle, Tumble Dry-Low Heat, Do not Iron
printed product and wash with like colors. Reference the care label on your product for more
information.
What if my order is shipped incomplete?
If you do not receive the product you ordered, please contact us via the Contact Form and provide
your order number, receipt and product information for the product that is missing. We will do our
utmost to make sure the product you ordered is shipped to you.
What if I am unsure about the size I should order?
If you have concerns about your size, please reference our fit and size guide. Please note: If you order the
incorrect size, we are unable to exchange your product, as all items are produced to order.
