Welcome to Cornfed.com ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services, including all purchases made through our Shopify store, located at www.cornfed.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our Products

We sell a variety of physical goods including, but not limited to:

  • Printed t-shirts, fleece apparel, and lifestyle accessories
  • Custom-designed merchandise

2. Ordering & Fulfillment

Orders are processed through our Shopify store and fulfilled through third-party print providers (e.g., Printify). Please allow processing time of 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • You will receive a confirmation email upon order placement and a tracking link when your item ships.
  • Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, incorrect addresses, or customs issues.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Physical Products:

Because our items are made-to-order, all sales are final. However, we will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Address errors

5. Sizing, Colors & Product Variations

Please review the size charts carefully before ordering. Due to screen displays, actual product colors may vary slightly from mockups.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to product designs, logos, text, images, and downloadable materials—is owned by Cornfed Enterprises Inc. or its licensors and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or redistribute content for commercial purposes
  • Claim any of our products or artwork as your own
  • Use our branding without written permission

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose or to:

  • Infringe on intellectual property
  • Harass or harm others

8. Shopify & Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify and may use third-party services (e.g., payment processors, print providers). These services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or performance.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
